Refund Policy
Sakura Dreams: Dollfie Dream Friend Shop accepts the return of merchandise on only when it is marked or damaged on delivery, when incorrect merchandise is sent.
You are required to notify Sakura Dreams: Dollfie Dream Friend Shop of the return or exchange of merchandise within 14 days from the day you receive it.
You agree that the return or exchange of merchandise after 15 days is not accepted. Please be sure to return everything included with the merchandise.
An item we do not accept the return
We do not accept any returns or exchanges caused of your own circumstances such as "The actual item is not match with my image", "Not my preferred item" or etc. We appreciate your understanding.
The following items are also not acceptable for the return or exchange:
- a. The damaged or marked item using by the customer
- b. The opened item (except an initial defective item)
- c. The assembled or painted item by the customer
- d. The missing item of an item itself, its accessories, a box and a manual book by the customer
- e. The item bid at Auction ether the brand new or second hand
- f. Any items ordered and has been confirmed by Volks Japan can not be refunded
Procedure and notice of the return or exchange
- * Please contact Sakura Dreams: Dollfie Dream Friend Shop as soon as possible. We will do our best to answer your inquiry and explain the procedure of the return and exchange.
- * Regarding the return and exchange, the person who placed the order on Sakura Dreams: Dollfie Dream Friend Shop must contact us. We will not accept a proxy agent or third party.
- * If it is a limited edition item, it takes a time to go through the process of the return or exchange. We hope that you can wait patiently for a short while longer.
- * If it is the discontinued or after-sales service closed item, there is a possibility to not accept the return or exchange of these items.
